In this guide, we'll tell you how to get a glider in Voyagers of Nera and how you can use it to travel long distances and reach great heights.

How to Get a Glider in Voyagers of Nera
Much like the Ancient's Gate, you won't be able to get a glider in Voyagers of Nera until you make your way to The Reef region on the map. You'll need to unlock the following items in the Knowledge Tree:
- Level 9 Unlocks
- Woodworking Station
- Shaped Coralwood
- Level 10 Unlocks
- Glider
- Loom
- Rope
- Cloth
Once that's done, you can craft the glider at the Mana Forge. You'll need the following items to make a glider:
- 2 Wind Strand
- 20 Shaped Coralwood
- 10 Cloth
- 5 Rope
The Wind Strand and Coralwood crafting materials are exclusive to The Reef, so you'll need to make sure to grab some of those items as soon as you can.
How to Use the Glider
The glider in Voyagers of Nera works similarly to gliders in other games. You can jump and right-click (or hold right-click while you're falling) to deploy the glider. The glider will slow your fall and allow you to travel horizontally. Using the glider slowly consumes stamina, and you'll fall from the sky if your stamina runs out.
Aside from using it manually, you can also find green pillars of air called "updrafts" in certain locations. These will give you a major vertical boost from ground level. You can even spawn your own updraft anywhere you like by unlocking the "Windswell" Spirit Ability.
You won't really need the glider for The Embrace, the first zone on the map. However, The Reef and The Greatwood have multiple areas that are very difficult (if not outright impossible) to navigate without a glider. Make sure you craft yourself a glider as soon as you can!
