Flea Caravan
While exploring The Marrow, you'll encounter Fleamaster Mooshka. If you talk to them a few times, they'll mention that some of their fleas are missing, letting you accept "The Lost Fleas" Wish.
You need to find five fleas in total for this wish, though there are many more spread across the map. Returning the fleas for this Wish will cause the flea caravan to move locations to Greymoor, while also giving you access to Flea Brew.
Flea Brew is an equippable tool that temporarily increases your movement and attack speed when used. While it can only be used 3 times, you have an additional stock of 30 to replenish it when resting at a save point. Talking to the bug by the cauldron at the flea caravan will let you fully refill this for a fee.
Kratt
Kratt is an NPC you can find webbed up in Greymoor, who joins up with the flea caravan after you free him. Once at the flea caravan, you can pay him 10 Rosaries to access his spa, which both heals and restores your Silk.
If you spend enough time in the spa, Kratt will appear at the top of the screen. If you attack him, he'll let you use the spa for free from then on.
Vog
Vog is found in the upper area of the Putrified Ducts. When you talk to them, they'll join up with the caravan similar to Krat. Vog will show you the locations of missing fleas on the map, assuming you have enough Rosaries. If you want to save some money, check out the map at the bottom of this guide for all locations.
Moving the Flea Caravan
As you find more fleas, the Flea Caravan will move to different locations if you talk to Mooshka. However, you must have also completed some other requirements first.
As mentioned earlier, the move to Greymoor is as simple as completing The Lost Fleas. Later on, they'll move once you've both found a number of fleas (around a third or so) and beaten the boss at the end of the Blasted Steps.
The final move is to Putrified Ducts after you've found the majority of the lost fleas, along with Kratt and Vog. You must reach the cave at the far east of the map before this happens, and this area becomes the Flea Caravan's final stop.
Reward for Finding All Fleas
Finding a majority of the fleas gets you a Tool Pouch Upgrade. Meanwhile, finding every single flea will have Mooshka give you the Egg of Flealia tool, which decreases the cost of Silk Skill while you're at full health.
You also need to find every flea as one of the requirements for the "true" ending.
