Berry Picking Wish
After you return to Moss Grotto after a brief visit to The Marrow, you'll encounter the Moss Driud. They ask you to help find some Mossberries, 3 to be exact.
Mossberries are the green fruit that you can find around Moss Grotto (you might have even already collected a few.) While the quest only requires 3 of them, you can keep trading more to the Driud after the Wish is completed to get more rewards.
The berries are either found by killing certain enemies, or growing in specific locations. You can gather the growing fruits by hitting them with your Needle.
Mossberry Locations
One Mossberry is close to the Moss Driud. After leaving her room, head down, then go right. There's a passage to a hidden room obscured by vines. In this room, you'll find a single enemy flying around which is carry the fruit you need.
Wish Completion Reward
Completing Berry Picking will net you the Driud's Eye Crest. When equipped, you'll sometimes obtain Silk (used for healing and techniques) after being hit. It's a blue Crest, meaning you can equip it alongside Crests like the Compass and Shard Pendant.
