To start, you'll have to travel to Lethe - Ministry of Cultural Primacy on the map. Once you're there, head upstairs to the fourth floor. On the top floor, go through the accountant's office. The second office back is that of Marton Ralst. Unfortunately, it appears that either he or someone else has hung him above his desk.

The idea of this puzzle is that there are various clues scattered around the Ministry of Cultural Primacy via documents. While you should still explore the area, I can save you some trouble and give you the code.

First, go to the radio by the painting in the corner. Set the radio's switch to FM and tune it to 60 (on the bottom line); this will cause the painting to move out of the way and reveal the safe as per the information from the reception computer on the other side of the building's floor.

Next, the Marton Ralst's Wallet Exploration Item would reveal that the password for the computer on his desk is the year of the coronation of the "one true king" whose life is detailed through the paintings and artifacts in the Ministry of Cultural Primacy. That year is 773, which opens up access to his computer.

The computer details that the 6-digit code for the safe is comprised of the secondary numbers on each historical artifact, with the years serving as the order in which they're entered.

The "Safe" document on his computer says the code will be comprised of an "important detail" in each painting's caption, and the dates determine the order. The "New Portrait" document states that the Bridal War was the "true masterstroke" and the crowning was the end result.

Here are the relevant pieces of data from around the Ministry of Cultural Primacy:

• Birth Portrait in Marton Ralst's Office: 714 AD, 79 years of life
• Twins Portrait in the Lounge: 754 AD, 2
• Bridal War Book in Exposition on the third floor: 770 AD, 3 long years
• Coronation Portrait in the halls: 773 AD, age of 59
• Tragedy Portrait in the Conference Room: 793 AD, 20-year reign
• Disappearance of the Twins Book on the third floor: 805 AD, 8 weeks of searching

Per the documents, the relevant numbers are 79, 2, 3, and 20. For some reason we've yet to figure out, this has to be entered backwards: the safe code is 203279.

Opening up the safe will get you the "Iron Seal - Rising" Investigation Item and the "Journal - Auriga Entrance" Investigation Item. This will also open up access to Auriga Museum on the map.

Unfortunately, you can't quite get into Auriga Museum just yet — you'll need to head over ot Jeljin and retrieve the Iron Seal - Fading from the tomb underneath the church graveyard.
